Sets agenda with other stakeholders, runs meetings, and maintains communication with committees and teachers.

Keeps bank records up to date and in accordance with the FTO budget.

Leads fundraising efforts throughout the school year (see Fundraising Team responsibilities below).

Documents FTO business and records meeting minutes as needed.

Serves as administrative liaison to executive board members.

Updates marquee sign in front of school with current events and information.

Compiles newsletter that is sent to all Jones families.

Posts updates to the Jones community Facebook page.

Maintains and updates FTO website.

Coordinates with the Box Tops for Education program and school bonus programs at local grocery stores, and manages sales/distribution of Go Local cards.

Coordinates Jones Heroes campaign (primary annual fundraising drive), Jones Jam (Spring fundraiser), and corporate fundraising efforts.

Manages inventory/ordering, sales, and distribution of school spirit wear, including posting merchandise to our online sales platform, Square.

Coordinates annual Spring Fling event.

Manages afterschool clubs program.

Coordinates campus-beautification workdays throughout the year.

Solicits teacher requests for funding for classroom needs and special projects.

Works with faculty leader and Drama Committee to support the production of and help generate funds for the annual school play.

Maintains clothing closet and coordinates support for families in times of crisis.

Works closely with FTO co-presidents and school administration to coordinate hospitality at Jones family events.

Manages maintenance of and supplies for outdoor classroom. Coordinates with teachers and external programs to maximize its use.

Coordinates teacher-appreciation activities throughout the year, including Teacher Appreciation Week in May.
