EXECUTIVE BOARD MEMBERS
Plans and conducts all PTO meetings. Acts as liaison with school administration.
Serve as PTO bookkeepers. Create financial reports, manage checking account, and file tax-related items.
Records meeting minutes. Maintains calendar, student directory, and correspondence to board.
Maintains parliamentary procedures and serves as a representative of the PTO to the School Planning and Management Team (SPMT).
Oversee internal and external PTO communications. Chair the Nominations Committee for the following year's PTO board.
Oversees all fundraising programs and committees, including Advocates, Box Tops, Ingles Card, and Spring Fling.

Serve as administrative liaisons to the Executive Committee.
Maintains and updates PTO website.

Coordinates fundraiser to support the art classroom.
Coordinates the collection of "Box Tops for Education" to provide school funding. Coordinates with Ingles and other grocery stores to participate in their school bonus programs.

Work with the Drama Club faculty leader and Drama Club Committee to support the production of and help generate funds for the annual school play.
